Do I need an account?+
No. Pick a clip, check out and we email you the video. You can check its status any time from this device.
How is the price worked out?+
By the length of your video and the quality you pick (480p, 720p or 1080p). Press Generate my video to see the exact price before you pay.
How long can my video be?+
4 to 30 seconds. If you upload something longer, you choose which part to use. Library clips use the whole clip unless you trim them.
What are Mimic credits?+
Credits come with the Creator, Growth and Agency plans. 1 credit = 1 second of 720p video (480p uses half a credit per second, 1080p uses 2.4). Monthly credits reset each billing month, and top-up credits never expire.
What can I upload?+
Any mp4, mov or webm up to 200MB as the motion, plus up to 20 photos (jpg, png, webp) of your character, product or clothes.
How do I get my video?+
We send it to the email you use at checkout, and it also shows up on your order page.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?+
