These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nuno AI website at getnuno.com and our AI-powered social media management platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the organization.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms). By connecting your social media accounts to Nuno AI:
We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or terms that may affect the functionality of our Service. You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through your account settings.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, captions, and images. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. For AI-generated outputs, you are granted a license to use the content for your social media purposes, subject to any applicable third-party terms.
Nuno Mimic lets you order a video in which we recreate the motion of a reference video (from our library or uploaded by you) using characters, products, or clothing from images you provide. Videos are made by our team, which may use third-party AI tools.
By uploading videos or images, you confirm that:
We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order that we believe breaks these Terms or could cause harm. You are responsible for how you use the videos we deliver.
After payment we start work on your order and deliver the video by email and on your order page. Most orders are ready within a few hours, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The result is a creative interpretation of your reference and materials and may not match them exactly.
A Mimic video is between 4 and 30 seconds long. You choose the part of your reference clip to use (library clips use the whole clip unless you trim them), and we make that part. We may shorten the result slightly where parts of it don't come out cleanly.
We aim to deliver a video that matches your reference as closely as possible, and most results match it closely. AI video is still unpredictable, though, so sometimes a result won't be a near-identical match: small differences (for example in hands, faces, backgrounds, text or timing) and minor visual glitches can happen. Each order is made once: we don't offer remakes or re-generations of a delivered video. Section 8.4 explains when a refund applies.
Mimic videos are priced per second of video, based on the length you choose (rounded up to a whole second) and the resolution you pick. The exact price is shown before you pay. Eligible subscription plans include Mimic credits each billing month, where 1 credit is one second of 720p video and other resolutions use more or fewer credits per second, as shown on the Nuno Mimic page. Monthly credits become available once your subscription has been paid (not during a free trial), reset at the start of each billing month, do not roll over, and end when your subscription ends. Subscribers can buy top-up credits, which do not expire. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. If we can't make a video you paid for with credits, we may return those credits instead of a cash refund. We may change prices, credit amounts and credit rates with reasonable notice.
We may show time-limited special offers on Nuno Mimic. An offer applies only while its countdown is running for you; after it ends, the regular price applies. Some options may also carry a standing discount, shown next to the price before you pay. We may change or end discounts and offer new promotions in the future.
Nuno AI offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. The specific terms of each plan are described on our pricing page. Where a plan shows a first-month discount, it applies to your first billing month only, and the plan then renews at its regular price. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, subject to the conditions below. To request a refund, email contact@getnuno.com within 30 days of the payment, with your account email or order number.
We review each request and decide, based on these conditions and your use of the Service, whether it qualifies for a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and refunding a subscription ends that subscription. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Registered users can join our affiliate program and share a referral link. Affiliates earn the commission shown on our affiliate page (currently 20%) of a new customer's first payment, whether a Nuno Mimic video or a subscription, calculated on the amount actually paid. Later payments by the same customer, and customers who had already paid us before, don't earn a commission.
Some plans may include a free trial. Free trials, promotional credits, discounts, and other offers are provided at our discretion and may not be available in all countries or regions, or for subscriptions started through certain pages or offers (for example, subscriptions started on the Nuno Mimic page do not include a free trial). Where a free trial is not offered, a paid subscription begins immediately upon checkout.
The availability of the Service and specific features, the applicable price and currency, and eligibility for free trials, promotions, and offers may vary or be restricted based on your location, which we determine from your approximate (country-level) location as described in our Privacy Policy. We may add, change, or discontinue plans, features, trials, offers, or their regional availability at any time, with reasonable notice where required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, features, and functionality, is owned by Nuno AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This does not include user-generated content or third-party content (see 9.4). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
The reference clips shown in the Nuno Mimic library are third-party content. They belong to their respective creators and rights holders, not to Nuno AI, and are shown only as examples of motion you can recreate. We do not claim ownership of them, and showing them does not grant you any rights in them. You are responsible for making sure your use of any video we make for you, including one based on a library clip, respects the rights of others.
If you own the rights to content shown on the Service and want it removed, email contact@getnuno.com with a link to the content and proof that you own it or are authorized to act for the owner. We review requests promptly and remove content where appropriate.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any content posted through the Service or for any actions taken based on such content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NUNO AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuno AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or through your account settings.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service prior to the changes becoming effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuno AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuno AI concerning the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
